Aspens in the Autumn
This is a representation of the Navajo lake area in the Dixie National Forest in Southern Utah. I was able to live on the mountain in the Ranger accomodations for two summers during my college years. We were a fire crew and thinned the forest of dead or damaged tress. I love the Aspens as they turn to yellow in Autumn. I am thankful that I caught the sun peeking through the trees. My sincere desire is that you enjoy this painting as much as I have.
